Home Eucharistic Ministry

Provides communion to home-bound Catholics.

Hospital Eucharistic Ministry

Distributes communion daily to Catholics at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

Nursing Home

Provides communion to Avondell Independent Living and Bel Air Health and Rehab on Monday afternoon and Brightview Assisted Living on Wednesday afternoon.

Thoughtful Wishes

Group makes and sends cards to shut-ins and nursing homes in the community.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Women come together to knit or crochet shawls for persons in need.  The group meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Adult Education Center.

Legion of Mary

Provides spiritual growth for members and outreach to the sick and home-bound, imprisoned, Birthright and Evangelization events.  Our Lady of the Snows Praesidium meets Friday mornings, 10am-noon at the Adult Education Center.

Prayer Tree

Pray for the needs of the Parish and individuals.

Project Rosary

Make rosaries all colors and styles and include a personalized message to be distributed to the Harford County Detention Center and for other groups.  Meetings are held the second Thursday of the month in the Parish Conference Room from 1:30-3pm.
