RCIA (The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
Our parish RCIA program is open to:
- Anyone inquiring about our Catholic faith
-
Those who want to become Catholic
-
Catholics who have never made their First Communion or received the Sacrament of Confirmation
-
Catholics who wish to return to their faith
-
Catholics who wish to become more knowledgeable in their faith
RCIA is a process of conversion to bring both the baptized and the unbaptized person into the communal life of the Church. It is divided into four continuous stages that correspond to a candidate's progress in Christian formation. The parish community becomes primary ministers to the new Catholics. The talents of many people are needed for the success of this process: sponsors, catechists, spiritual advisers, social justice ministers and hospitality ministers.
Gather with our RCIA Candidates and Catechumens and witness the riches of our Catholic Faith.
